1. Translate briefs into ideas/concepts and visually bring them to life through eye-catching stories and memorable themes while truly reflecting Decathlon s values & promises using the elements of the logo, color palette, typography, graphical shapes, tone of voice & messages, etc.
2. Design deliverables for print publications such as newsletters, flyers, banners, newspaper ads, standees, etc., and collate them into kits that are created with accessibility in mind
3. Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize and implement special projects such as corporate videos, board presentations, Decathlon India events, training, and development material
4. Develop, write, and deliver inspiring and informative articles for all Decathlon collaterals: internal communication channels, advertising, social media, recruitment website, offline communications, scripts for videos, and articles for the blog

The project entails leading and working in partnership with store teams, online, and various verticals to develop innovative and creative content and design concept in Decathlon. As a part of the Decathlon internal communication team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering holistic messaging across all Decathlon channels.
