Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Market Research & Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the real estate and Industrial/warehousing sector.
2. Analyze client data and prepare insights to support business decisions.
3. Assist in creating detailed reports on market dynamics and investment opportunities.

b. Business Development Support:
1. Identify potential clients and generate leads for the team.
2. Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining regular communication and follow-ups.
3. Support in drafting and presenting proposals and pitches to prospective clients.

c. Marketing and Branding:
1. Develop content for brochures, presentations, IM's, and social media platforms.

d. Real Estate Documentation & Coordination:
1. Help the team in preparing property-related documentation such as agreements, lease details, and RFPs, Bid Documents
2. Coordinate with landlords and clients to ensure smooth transactions.

e. Site Visits and Client Engagement:
1. Accompany the team for property site visits and assist in preparing inspection reports.
2. Support in organizing and attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

f. Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain databases and prepare periodic reports on sales, marketing activities, and client interactions.
2. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of work progress to supervisors.
