Community Management Internship

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated community moderator to manage and nurture our online community. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and engaging environment by monitoring discussions, enforcing guidelines, and fostering healthy interactions among members.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor Community Activity: Oversee forums, social media channels, and other community platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
2. Enforce Community Guidelines: Apply rules fairly by addressing violations, managing reports, and taking corrective actions such as issuing warnings, muting, or banning users when necessary
3. Engage with Members: Participate in discussions, respond to member queries, and encourage positive interactions to enhance the community experience
4. Content Management: Review and manage user-generated content, including approving posts, removing inappropriate content, and controlling spam
5. Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between members and handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
6. Community Growth: Support community initiatives, welcome new members, and help drive engagement through various activities and events
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the team on community trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
