1. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
2. Overseeing and assessment of existing processes and workflows
3. Ability to perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products
4. An understanding of engineering principles and chemistry
5. Applied knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques
6. Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight
7. Research, design, and develop new production processes
8. Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance of candidate).
