Candidate Success Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Continuous interactions with learners and follow-ups
2. Responsible for motivating the learners to complete the course and get into employability/placement
3. Coordinating with managers and mentors/tech support team to monitor the learnings of the learners
4. Coordinating with the placement team for the interview follow-ups
5. Tracking the everyday learning process of the learners
6. Working on data collection & data analysis
7. Taking mutual feedback from learners, mentors, interviewers
8. Arranging and scheduling the technical and motivational sessions, mock interviews
9. Setting up clarification sessions
10. Sharing and maintaining the learners' report and sharing with the team whenever required
11. Addressing learners queries and resolving them within the allotted TAT
12. Interacting with other team members and maintaining good coordination

Who can apply:

1. Proficiency in MS Office, mail & phone communication, and in video conferencing
2. Any degree holder with good/excellent communication skills
