Candidate Success Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring continuous interactions with learners and follow-ups
2. Motivating the learners to complete the course and get into employability/placement
3. Coordinating with managers, mentors, and the tech support team to monitor the learning activity of the learners
4. Coordinating with the placement team for following up after interviews
5. Tracking the daily learning process of the learners
6. Carrying out data collection & data analysis
7. Collecting mutual feedback from learners, mentors, and interviewers
8. Arranging and scheduling the technical, motivational, and clarification sessions, and mock interviews
9. Sharing and maintaining the learners' reports and with the team whenever required
10. Addressing learners queries and resolving them within the allotted turnaround time
11. Interacting with other team members and maintaining good coordination

Qualification & Other Requirements:

1. Any degree with good/excellent communication skills
2. Applicants should be proficient in MS Office, mail & phone communication, and in video conferencing

Note: Selected candidates will be converted into full-time employees post the internship period. Conversion will be based on the performance during the internship period.
