The Campus Ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop an in-depth knowledge of products or services the brand wants to promote.
2. Build a network of students and teachers in your college using offline and online strategies.
3. Execute engaging campaigns in your college or other colleges in your city.
4. Educate the college community about the benefits of the products offered by the brand.
5. Becoming the primary point of contact between the brand and the student community.
6. Post creative and engaging content on social media to build brand awareness.
7. Create, share and respond to online reviews.
8. Monitor online comments and respond or forward them to the Marketing department.
9. Track and report on competitors marketing activities.
10. Collect feedback from students and other focus groups to improve marketing strategies.
11. Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends.
12. Educate general customers about our products.
13. Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
