About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in-person
2. Work on acting as a connector between our clients and our product
3. Interact with customers and be able to explain the use of our website and software to them
4. Work on setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
7. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers
8. Manage the sales process through specific software programs
