About the internship

As a business development (sales) intern at Arrc Technology, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Your proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi will be a valuable asset in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds. Your expertise in MS Excel will also be essential in analyzing sales data and creating reports.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations and proposals.
5. Track and analyze sales performance data using MS Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills.
7. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated ).
