About the internship
As a business development (sales) intern at One Root, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, MS Excel, and social media marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients through market research and networking
2. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
3. Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems to track progress and opportunities
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media marketing strategies
5. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and client meetings
7. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales activities and outcomes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
