About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work proactively to initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects in real estate products (flats, villas, plots, office spaces, etc.)
2. Work on follow-up of the leads every day to create prospective clients
3. Work on giving project pretension to clients and converting the leads towards closure
4. Build good working relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers to prospect for closures
5. Reach your monthly targets and goals set for your area
6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
7. Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners
8. Tour and demonstrate space options to potential customers
