About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining client database generated through promotional activities
2. Recruiting a team of property consultants and channel partners
3. Convincing prospective clients for a site visit
4. Sending details of properties to the client
5. Arranging site visits and showing properties
6. Guiding buyers in purchasing property
7. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities
8. Informing clients about market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
9. Ensuring a fair and honest dealing
10. Completing the sales targets
11. Managing sales teams and driving sales effectively
12. Achieving targets
