About the internship

SMARRTIF AI is an ed-tech consulting service-provider company based in New Delhi. We specialize in providing digital services and personalized learning experiences with continuous support to individuals transitioning into AI/ML and DA/BA roles, particularly those from non-technical backgrounds. This is an internship role for a Business Development Intern at SMARRTIF AI. The intern will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication. This is a hybrid role, based in New Delhi with flexibility for remote work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct cold calls to generate leads and close deals.
2. Develop and pitch new sales strategies to promote SMARRTIF AI's AI/ML services.
3. Organize and manage workshops and seminars to promote our brand to colleges, startups, and non-tech professionals.
4. Sell SMARRTIF AI's services (consultation, CV creation, digital portfolio) on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and business outreach on digital platforms.
6. Track and report sales performance, continuously refining strategies to meet goals.

Other requirements

1. Confidence in cold calling and a proven ability to generate sales.

2. Innovative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to improve sales pitches.

3. Experience in organizing events (workshops/seminars) is a plus.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Familiarity with online sales platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

6. Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation capabilities.

7. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.

8. Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

9. Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

10. Interest in AI/ML and educational technology is a plus.
