Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining and updating accurate notes in the CRM system as well as records according to necessity and instructions
2. Attaining a minimum number of calls every day to present leads
3. Complying with all company policies for safeguarding client and related corporate proprietary details
4. Developing business through cold calls to new and current leads
5. Ensuring to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects, customers, and staff members
6. Explaining the features and advantages to prospects in non-technical terms
7. Recommending solutions required by customers to enhance client satisfaction and stimulate software as well as services revenue
8. Managing all existing accounts through steady communication using client servicing skills
9. Managing and providing solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction
