Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MBA preferred with above 85 % marks throughout academics
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
4. Proven troubleshooting acumen and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
7. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Internship or relevant work experience in business analysis, consulting, or related field
2. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
3. Understand the core concept of Agile Methodology
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
