1.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
2 Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3 Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.
4 Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
5 Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirement documents, user stories, and
test cases.
6 Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
7 Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
8 Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
9 Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the project lifecycle.
10 Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
11 Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to contribute innovative ideas
