Job Description: We are seeking confident and extroverted interns to join our team as specification executives. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with architects and delivering compelling presentations showcasing Genotek's products, with the goal of having them included in the specifications of upcoming construction projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to architects through cold calling and other means to schedule product presentations
2. Deliver engaging and informative presentations highlighting the features and benefits of Genotek's products
3. Address technical questions and concerns raised by architects during presentations
4. Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and their applications
5. Follow up with architects after presentations to gather feedback and foster relationships
6. Assist in maintaining a database of architects, projects, and specifications
Training and Support: You will receive comprehensive training on Genotek's products and presentation techniques
Our technical team will accompany you on your initial 10-15 presentations to provide guidance and support

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Confidence in delivering presentations and handling objections.
3. Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical information.
4. Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
5. Familiarity with the construction industry and specification processes is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per presentation).
