Animation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.A 2D animator's daily responsibilities revolve around creating engaging animations that bring characters, objects, and environments to life. Their work begins with understanding the project requirements by reviewing scripts, storyboards, or concept art provided by the creative team. Using this as a foundation, they plan animations by sketching keyframes, defining movement paths, and ensuring the visuals align with the overall narrative and artistic direction. Collaboration is a significant part of the role, as animators work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to refine ideas and address feedback.
On the technical side, 2D animators use industry-standard tools like Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or After Effects to produce smooth, high-quality animations. They often focus on refining character movements, lip-syncing dialogue, and adding expressive details to enhance storytelling. In addition to animating, they handle tasks like cleaning up rough drafts, layering elements, and ensuring all assets are optimized for production. Depending on the project, animators may also integrate backgrounds and special effects to create cohesive, polished scenes
