Anchoring Internship

Overview: As an Event Anchor Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our event hosting and presentation team, gaining practical experience in live event management, public speaking, and audience engagement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in hosting, scripting, improvisation, and stage presence within a dynamic event environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Should have great communication skills
2. Should be able to handle the large crowd
3. Engage with event attendees before, during, and after the program, serving as a friendly and approachable representative of our organization and facilitating audience participation
4. Assist experienced event anchors in hosting a variety of live events
5. Participate in rehearsals and run-throughs to familiarize yourself with the event program, timing, and stage cues, and to refine your performance under the guidance of mentors
6. Assist in coordinating logistics, managing backstage operations, and liaising with technical staff and other event personnel to ensure the smooth execution of the program
7. Demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in response to unexpected changes or challenges during live events, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times
8. Uphold the brand image and values of our organization through your conduct, demeanor, and interactions with the clients. Seek feedback from the clients and actively working on the improvements
9. Should have a learning attitude and work ethic
