About the internship

The Sales Executive will oversee all aspects of after-sales support and service delivery, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns regarding products/services
2. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations, implementing corrective actions as necessary
4. Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
5. Provide product/service information, demonstrations, and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed
6. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies and procedures
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
8. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product/service improvement based on customer feedback
9. Assist in developing and implementing after-sales support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Other requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or after-sales support role, preferably in the Toy industry

Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including strong knowledge of Excel

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

Preference: Only eligible for male candidates
