Administration Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
2) Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
3) Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5) Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
6) Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefit packages
7) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8) Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
9) Assist with other HR duties as needed, such as onboarding and employee relations, HR activity, etc.
10) Daily accounting entry in expenses sheet
11) Tally entry basic
