Accounting & Tally Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner. Prepare and issue invoices to customers. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
General Ledger Entries: Assist in preparing journal entries for month-end and year-end closing. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entries.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports as required by management.
Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. File and archive accounting documents as per company policies.
Assistance in Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and analysis as needed.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accounting team or management.
Minimum 6 months- 1 yr exprience in Tally and Journal entries.
