That's why we are the first and only studio in Bangalore offering multiple formats of meditation and mindfulness practices in an environment where one can truly disconnect from the outer world. From Yoga Nidra to pranayama (breathing practice), Tibetan Singing Bowls Meditation to Sound Baths, Yin Yoga, and more, classes in multiple time-tested practices will be offered at SAMA.
